Ownership model

Owner-investors purchase a unit of their choice that is held in divide co-ownership with other owners. A well-established management company that will ensure the efficient running of day-to-day operations and proper overall maintenance of the property will manage the units. Condo-Hotel owners’ benefit from top occupancy rates, and higher levels of rental income than from ownership of a traditional vacation home.

Owners will be able to choose fourteen nights (with some restriction as mentioned in the agreement) to stay in the resort in a calendar year. For the remainder of the year the rooms will be rented out to guests. Profits will be divided between the owner of the resort, the owners of the units, and the management company. Financial and activity reports will be supplied on a timely basis. The management of the resort will be run by a well-established, dynamic and professional management company, which will ensure high quality and efficiency.

The developer and founder, Moshe Zvionow of Escapade Laurentides Aquapark Resort, has extensive hands on experience in hotel management and business administration. As a previous owner of a hotel in the Laurentians, he possesses practical knowledge and skill to successfully run a hospitality establishment.
